Lead Quality Policy
We talk to every lead that is placed on our system, and only place the lead if they indicate they are ready and willing to accept direct contact from suppliers.
Unfortunately, buyers circumstances can sometimes change. Therefore we are unable to offer any guarantee that your approach will be successful. In purchasing our leads you accept that there is an element of risk.
Refunds
We can only refund credits for a lead if the contact information is incorrect. That is, the telephone number is invalid and the email address does not work. To claim a refund if this is the case, please contact our support team via 08450 561 027 or email them via this form quoting the lead number.
Lead FAQ
Q: I contacted the lead but they haven't replied?
A: We ask every buyer to ensure they respond to any approach from a supplier introduced by us. However, buyers are sometimes very busy and will not respond especially if they are uninterested by the suppliers initial approach. We recommend all suppliers place a call directly to the buyer as soon as the lead is purchased, rather than relying on email. This will reduce the chance that you do not hear from the buyer. Please be aware there are no guarantees you will hear back from every buyer.
Q: When I spoke to the buyer they said the project was already filled?
A: We ask every buyer to wait until we have sent over the request number of suppliers for them to choose from. However, some buyers will say that they have filled the project if they are not interested by the suppliers approach – this is an objection rather than a truth. Please be aware there are no guarantees that you will close the business or be updated by the buyer in every instance.
Q: The buyer says they are delaying the project or is vague about the start date?
A: Its good practice to always keep every lead you purchase in your sales system. Send them all regular updates about your services and keep them informed of your companies progress. This will ensure when they are ready to commit, you will be on their shortlist.
Q: Why should I use your service if there are no guarantees?
A: Our service doesn't suit every company. It has been designed to reduce the risk by enabling companies to purchase leads having seen information concerning the lead before hand. There is however, still an element of risk involved and if your company is not in a position to accept that risk you may find our service unsatisfactory.
