Q: How do I get started as a service provider?
A: Simply sign-up via this form. Once you have completed
it, you will be sent an email with your password. Then just log onto the system
and view the leads. You won't be able to purchase leads until you have added your
references and had them verified.
Q: How much do leads cost ?
A: Each lead is priced individually based on the contact that has been made
and the type of project. Leads start at just 1 credit. You can see the leads
available and their pricing, once you sign-up and view your account.
Q: Do you offer a trial ?
A: No, but only because you don't need one. Once you sign-up (which costs nothing)
and enter your references, you will be able to purchase leads on an as-needed
basis. Try out a few leads, and see what results you get. If you like the results,
just purchase more leads as and when you need them.
Q: How do you control the quality of leads ?
A: The initiator of each lead is contacted by our skilled team of project experts.
The lead is qualified and then additional notes are added to the description
before it is posted up for purchase by suppliers.
Q: How do I get hold of the leads ?
A: For the moment, simply log into your account and browse the 'Available' list.
If you see a lead you like simply purchase it.
Q: What are credits ?
A: Each credit is equivalent to one pound sterling. You can purchase credits
at any time by visiting your account area.
Q: Why are leads priced in credits ?
A: Allowing our suppliers to purchase credits and then exchange them for leads
means we can manage the lead stock and quality quickly and easily.
Q: Can I have a refund on my credits ?
A: No. As per our terms and conditions of business, once credits have been purchased
they cannot be refunded, but can be used for any leads in our system that are
available to you.
Q: There are lots of systems like yours, where is the difference ?
A: We pride ourselves on allowing our suppliers to pick and choose the leads
they want, when they want, at a price they can see.
Q: Will the leads be relevant to my business ?
A: Absolutely, because you choose which leads you purchase. We don't force you
to take leads you don't want. That doesn't work for you or our buyers.
Q: Who will I be competing with on each lead ?
A: They are no guarantees that a lead won't be talking to other suppliers. Each
buyer has the choice of how many companies they want to get quotes from. You
would expect the buyer to be talking to at least a number of suppliers about
the same service. This is where your sales ability comes in; make sure you contact
the buyer quickly after purchasing the lead, and stay in contact. In our experience,
quick responsive dialogue gets the best results. Of couse, if you want to know
who your competition is, just ask the buyer.
Q: What happens if I think a lead has been misrepresented ?
A: We take the quality of our leads very seriously – this what makes us
different and what keeps us in business. If you buy a lead and find the description
doesn’t seem match the reality of the situation, we will look into it
and allocate a credit to your account depending on the outcome of our review.
Q: Do I have to pay for clicks to my website ?
A: No, we don't show buyers your information so they are unable to click through.
Q: Why don't you show my companies information to the buyers ?
A: We operate a very flexible lead generation system. The way we generate leads
does not always allow us to give out company information -- hence showing that
information in only some places would be unfair to all our suppliers.
Q: You are a directory, but you don't seem to have one ?
A: The full directory maybe launched in a few months. It isn’t essential
to our business currently as our leads come in from other sources.
Q: How do I pay ?
A: Simply purchase credits via PayPal from inside your account area. It’s
really that simple. Sign up now.
Q: If I win work from a lead do you want a percentage ?
A: No. Once you have purchased the lead information there is no obligation to
provide us with a fee of any kind. Of course, we do accept tips :)
Q: You have different directories I can register with, but my business
covers more than one ?
A: That’s fine - you can register to see leads for as many directories
as you want. However, you can only purchase leads from a directory when you
have had a references accepted for that directory. This ensures that the work
you are doing fits in with our buyers’ expectations. We pride ourselves
on putting first rate suppliers in touch with first rate buyers – we intend
to start high-quality business relationships only.
